This policy explains what Husker Peptides collects when you use this site or place an order, why we hold it, who else sees it, and how to get it changed or deleted. Husker Peptides is a DBA of Scheer Enterprises.

1. What we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order, contact us, or sign up for email we collect:

  • Your name.
  • Your email address and phone number.
  • Your shipping address and billing address.
  • What you ordered, and the notes or questions you send us.

Your research use acknowledgment. Before a first order ships we ask you to sign a research use acknowledgment. We store the name you type as your signature, the date and time you signed, and the IP address the signature came from. We keep that record with your customer file because it is the record that you agreed to buy for laboratory research only.

Information collected automatically. Our host and our analytics record ordinary web data: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and the site that referred you.

What we do not collect. We never receive your full card number, expiry date, or security code. Those go straight to the payment processor. We cannot see them and we cannot store them.

2. Why we hold it

  • To take payment, ship your order, and confirm delivery.
  • To keep your order history so we can answer support questions later.
  • To keep the signed research use acknowledgment that our terms require.
  • To send order confirmations and tracking. These are service emails, not marketing, and you receive them whenever you order.
  • To send marketing email, but only if you asked for it.
  • To spot fraud and to meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it.

3. Who else handles your information

Running a store means a few other companies touch parts of your data. Each one gets only what it needs.

  • Snipcart runs our cart and checkout, and holds the order record that checkout creates.
  • Authorize.Net processes card payments. Your card details go to Authorize.Net, not to us.
  • San Diego Peptides is our fulfilment partner. They receive the name, address, and phone number on your order so they can pack it and create a FedEx label.
  • FedEx carries the package and receives the delivery address on the label.
  • Netlify hosts this website and keeps standard server logs.
  • Our email provider sends order, tracking, and support email on our behalf.

We also disclose information when the law requires it, when we need to enforce our terms, or if the business is sold, in which case customer records transfer with it.

4. Our own records

We keep order and customer records in our own systems so we can look up an order history and answer support questions. Access is limited to the people who run the store.

5. Cookies

This site uses cookies. Some are necessary: they keep your cart working and remember what you added. Others measure how the site is used so we can improve it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart will not work properly without the necessary ones.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order records and signed research use acknowledgments for as long as we need them for support, accounting, and tax and legal obligations. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

7. Your choices

  • See it. Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
  • Correct it. Ask us to fix anything wrong.
  • Delete it. Ask us to delete your data. We may need to keep order and acknowledgment records the law requires us to keep.
  • Stop marketing. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or write to us. You will still get service email about orders you place.

We apply these choices to every customer, wherever you live, rather than only where a state law requires it.

8. Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Card processing is handled by a PCI compliant processor, so card numbers never reach our systems. Access to order records is limited to the people who run the store. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Age

You must be 21 or older to buy from this site. It is not meant for anyone under 21 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If we learn we have collected information from someone under 21 we will delete it.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we post the new version here and update the date at the top.
