Husker Peptides sells research chemicals to laboratory and research buyers. Everything on this site is sold for in vitro laboratory research only. It is not sold for human use, not for veterinary use, and not for any other purpose. Read these terms before you order. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. Research use only

Every product sold by Husker Peptides is a research chemical supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research. Our products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and nothing we publish has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

When you place an order you confirm that all of the following are true:

You are buying for legitimate laboratory research only.
You will not ingest, inject, or otherwise administer any product to a person or an animal.
You will not resell or transfer any product to anyone who intends to use it on a person or an animal.
You are qualified to handle, store, and dispose of research chemicals safely.
You take responsibility for using these materials lawfully where you live and work.

If you cannot agree to all of these, do not order from this site.

2. Research use acknowledgment on file

Before a first order ships we ask you to sign a research use acknowledgment. We email you a link, you read the points, and you type your name to sign. We record the date, the name you type, and the IP address the signature came from, and we keep that record with your customer file. See our Privacy Policy for how that record is handled.

These terms and that acknowledgment are meant to say the same thing. If the wording ever differs, the signed acknowledgment on file governs your order.

3. Who may buy

You must be 21 or older to buy from this site. That is the same age you confirm when you sign the research use acknowledgment, and it is the number that governs.

You must also be buying for laboratory research, be able to enter a binding agreement, and be ordering to an address in the United States.

4. Accepting these terms

By browsing this site, placing an order, or using any of our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed. Your order is governed by the terms posted when you placed it.

5. Product information and Certificates of Analysis

We work to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that every description, image, or specification on this site is complete or free of error. Products are supplied with a Certificate of Analysis showing identity and purity from independent laboratory testing. Certificates are in our COA Vault.

Product descriptions summarise published research. They are not instructions for use, and they are not a claim that any product does anything in a person or an animal.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars.
Prices can change without notice, and we may correct pricing errors. If a price was wrong on an order we have not shipped, we will contact you before charging you.
Cart and checkout run on Snipcart. Card payments are processed by Authorize.Net.
Husker Peptides never receives or stores your full card number. It goes to the payment processor.
A 2% convenience fee applies to card payments and is shown as its own line at checkout.
Sales tax is added where the law requires it.

7. Orders

An order confirmation means we received your order, not that we accepted it. We may refuse or cancel any order, including an order that looks like a resale for human use, an order we cannot verify, and an order we believe is fraudulent. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund it in full.

8. Shipping

Shipping timing, carriers, and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes the package.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are set out in our Refund Policy. Because these are research chemicals, what we can accept back is limited.

10. Things you may not do

Buy for human or veterinary use, or for anyone who intends that use.
Represent our products as drugs, supplements, or treatments.
Resell our products with claims we do not make.
Copy this site's text, photographs, or product data for a competing store.
Interfere with the site, scrape it at volume, or try to reach parts of it you are not authorised to reach.

11. Intellectual property

The text, graphics, logos, images, and product data on this site belong to Husker Peptides or our suppliers and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Do not reproduce or republish them without our written permission.

12. What we warrant

We warrant that a product matches the identity and purity stated on its Certificate of Analysis when it leaves our fulfilment partner. Beyond that, products are supplied as is. We make no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and we make no representation about the result of any experiment.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Husker Peptides is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of our products or this site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed what you paid for the product the claim is about.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to cover Husker Peptides, Scheer Enterprises, and their officers and staff against claims, losses, and costs arising from your use of our products, your breach of these terms, or any use of a product on a person or an animal.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Nebraska.

16. Severability

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, that part is limited or removed and the rest stays in force.
